The service supply chain

This research aims to define the service supply chain while comparing to the servitization concept, it also aims to validate the status and disciplines of both topics. Focusing on the Service Supply Chain Management, this research pretends to propose a model based on the operation management principles by using the articles results from both systematic searches, with the purpose of guiding future research.
